2.1 Dial a Closer serves as a platform for providers such as coaches, consultants, mentors, and education program providers, to find and hire sales closers and appointment setters. We do not directly employ any sales professionals; all contracts and agreements are between the clients and the sales professionals.

2.2 Sales closers and appointment setters are responsible for accurately representing their qualifications, experience, and expertise on their profiles. They must deliver their services as agreed upon with the hiring provider in a professional and timely manner.


Section 3: Payment

3.1 Payment for services rendered through Dial a Closer shall be made through a secure payment system.

3.2 Sales closers and appointment setters set their own rates for their services. Once a service is successfully completed, Dial a Closer will deduct a small administration and commission fee before transferring the remaining payment to the sales closer or appointment setter.

3.3 All payments made through Dial a Closer must be made in full and on time. Any disputes regarding payment or services rendered must be resolved directly between the hiring business and the sales closer or appointment setter.


Section 4: Communication and Conduct

4.1 All communication between clients and sales professionals should be conducted through Dial a Closer's messaging system.

4.2 Users of Dial a Closer are expected to conduct themselves professionally and with respect for others. Any abusive, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the suspension or termination of the user's account.
